There have been some changes affecting agricultural product quality, safety, and sanitation regulations in Ukraine since the submission of the last report. Ukraine is in the process of making its food safety legislation compatible with EU regulations, however most of this work did not move beyond the draft stage. Contact information for Ukrainian regulatory authorities has been updated to match new regulatory functions explained in the report body.
