SPS 635-Maximum Residue Limit of Pesticides in Foods _ China

On March 10, 2014, China notified the WTO of the National Food Safety Standard of the Maximum residue limits for pesticides in Foods as SPS/N/CHN/635. This regulation establishes 164 maximum residue limits (MRLs) for 91 pesticides, including 2,4-D, etc. in foods. The deadline for submission of final comments to China is May 9, 2014. The proposed date of entry is to be determined.
