The Philippine Bureau of Customs (BOC) has circulated a draft Customs Administrative Order (CAO) expanding the Advance Clearance System and Load Port Survey Requirement (LPSR) or Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to include all imported containerized cargoes.
