Marketing Authorization for Food Additives That May Be Used as Glazing or Polishing Agents (SOR/2012-208)
INTERPRETATION
1. (1) The following definitions apply in this Marketing Authorization
“glazing or polishing agent” means a food additive that, when applied to the external surface of a food, imparts a shiny appearance or provides a protective coating.
“List” means the List of Permitted Glazing or Polishing Agents published by the Department of Health on its website, as amended from time to time.
