Re: Appointment of Competent Officers for the Execution of the Food Act B.E. 2522 (1979)

By the virtue of provisions of Section 5 of the Food Act B.E. 2522 (1979), the Minister of Public Health hereby issues a notification as follows:
Clause 1 Shall be repealed the notification of the Ministry of Public Health No. (258) B.E. 2545 (2002), Re: Appointment of Competent Officers for the Execution of the Food Act B.E. 2522 (1979) dated 26th June B.E. 2545 (2002), the notification of the Ministry of Public Health No. (270) B.E. 2546 (2003), Re: Appointment of Competent Officers for the Execution of the Food Act B.E. 2522 (1979) dated 12th June B.E. 2546 (2003), the notification of the Ministry of Public Health No. (278) B.E. 2546 (2003), Re: Appointment of Competent Officers for the Execution of the Food Act B.E. 2522 (1979) dated 8th December B.E. 2546 (2003).
Clause 2 The government officers, who holding the following position, shall be Competent Officers for the Execution of the Food Act B.E. 2522 (1979) for every type of food regard to definition of “food” of Section 4.
(1) Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Public Health.
(2) Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Public Health.
(3) Inspector-General of the Ministry of Public Health.
(4) Public Relations Officers of the Ministry of Public Health.
