Re: Appointment of Competent Officers for the Execution of the Food Act B.E. 2522 ( 1979)

By the virtue of provisions of Section 5 of the Food Act B.E. 2522 (1979), the Minister of Public Health hereby issues a notification as follows:
Clause 1. The notification of the Ministry of Public Health No. (183) B.E. 2541 (1998), Re: Appointment of Competent Officers for the Execution of the Food Act B.E. 2522 (1979) dated 5th October B.E. 2541 (1998), shall be repealed.
Clause 2. The following list of officers and state officers shall be Competent Officers for the Execution of the Food Act B.E. 2522 (1979).
1. Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Public Health.
2. Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Public Health.
3. Secretary-General of Food and Drug Administration.
4. Deputy Secretary-General of Food and Drug Administration.
5. Food and Drug Specialist level 10 in Public Health Products Standard.
6. Food and Drug Specialist level 10 in Safety and Efficacy of Public Health Products and Utilization of Public Health Products.
