In October 2011, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Finland signed a protocol on requirements of plant quarantine for the Finnish oat entry into China. Recently the two sides reached agreements on related technical issues for the implementation of the protocol, from the date of issuing of this Announcement, the Finnish oats that in conformity with provisions of the Protocol and inspection and quarantine requirements of our country shall be allowed to enter into China.
