FAS Buenos Aires maintains its estimates for soybean area and production for marketing year 2013/14 at 20.5 million hectares and 57.5 million metric tons, respectively. Sunflowerseed area is adjusted downward by 200,000 hectares to 1.45 million hectares, the lowest area estimate for the crop in the past three decades.
