The Government of India has approved an outlay of approximately 11 billion rupees (about $180 million) for continuation of the Agriculture Export Promotion Plan Scheme of Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) during the 12th five year plan. The amount approved is for a period of five years from 2012-17.
