Poland applies EU directives and regulations to agricultural imports with but a few exceptions. U.S. suppliers should verify with the respective AMS, FDA, FSIS or APHIS Inspection offices and importer for the most current EU/Poland import requirements prior to export. The EU Food and Agricultural Import Regulations and Standards (FAIRS) report prepared by the U.S. Mission to the EU in Brussels should be consulted simultaneously with this report.
