The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, recently signed the Federal Law No. 6-FZ of February 3, 2014
“On Amendments to the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences”, which increase fines for non-utilization and improper utilization of agricultural land. The federal law was published in Rossiyskaya Gazeta on February 4, 2014, and comes into force on February 15, 2014.
