Due to bad weather and lack of rain, the Tunisian Ministry of Agriculture estimates Tunisia olive production for MY 2013/14 at 400,000 MT, a decrease of more than 63 percent compared to last year. Olive oil production for MY 2013/14 is projected to be 80,000 MT, down from 220,000 MT the previous year.
