The Mexican government announced changes in its importation requirements that provide expanded market access for U.S. beef and beef products effective April 30, 2014. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is updating the Export Library to account for the changes. Either the new or an existing FSIS Letterhead Certificate and the corresponding FSIS form can accompany U.S. beef and beef products arriving at the border until June 27, 2014.
