In accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, Sweden hereafter referred to as the evaluating Member State (EMS), received an application from DuPont Sverige AB to modify the MRL at the value of 0.015 mg/kg for the active substance picoxystrobin in sugar beet roots.
