In May 2014, FAS Warsaw successfully assisted the release of a detained shipment of U.S. sheep skins sourced from the State of Massachusetts. The shipment, valued at USD 20,000, was detained by Polish Gdynia Port Authorities due to questions over the original health status of the animals and other minor issues on the health certificate accompanying the shipment
