Introduction
This report presents two case studies on the application of harmonised epidemiological indicators (HEIs) for poultry slaughter, the first dealing with Campylobacter and the second with Salmonella. The purpose of these case studies is to provide examples of the possible use of HEIs in decision making for risk management.
