During 2011, the database continued to grow, having received an average of approximately 45 applications per month, and a total of 540 applications. The EDB held information on 3 002 experts by the end of 2011. The information on 94 % of them is shared with external users of the database, namely with the members of the Advisory Forum and of the Focal Point Network and the European Commission.
