The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 2(1) and (5), 3 and 20 of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1976(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:
(1)1976 c. 58; the Act was amended by paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to the International Transport Conventions Act 1983 (c. 14) and by the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1976 (Amendment) Order 1983 (S.I. 1983/1123).
