1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Food and Feed Hygiene) (Amendment) Regulations 2010.
2. (1) The European Communities (Food and Feed Hygiene) Regulations 2009 (S.I. No. 432 of 2009) are amended—
(a) by the substitution wherever it occurs, for “Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2076/2005” or “Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2076/2005
of 5 December 2005”, of “Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1162/2009 of 1 December 2009”,
(b) in Regulation 2(1), by the substitution for the definition of “Regulation No. 853/2004”, of—“ ‘Regulation No. 853/2004’ means Regulation (EC) No.
853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 (and, in so far as is required by Article 2 thereof, Articles 2 and 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 and Regulation No. 852/2004) as amended by
Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2074/2005, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2076/2005 and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1662/2006 and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1666/2006, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1019/2008 of 17 October 2008 and Commission Regulation (EC) No.
1161/2009 of 30 November 2009;”,
