Food (Tutin in Honey) Amendment Standard 2011
This amendment to the Food (Tutin in Honey) Standard 2010 is issued pursuant to section 11L of the Food Act 1981, for the purpose of clarifying the intended effect of compliance option 2 in the principal standard.
1 Title
This standard is the Food (Tutin in Honey) Amendment Standard 2011 (the “Amendment Standard”), and amends the Food (Tutin in Honey) Standard 2010 (the “Principle Standard”).
2 Commencement
This amendment standard comes into force on 15 August 2011.
3 Purpose
The purpose of this amendment standard is to clarify the meaning of compliance option two in the principal standard (holding harvest records that
demonstrate low risk harvest date).
4 Interpretation
In this amendment standard, unless the context otherwise requires, words used but not defined in this standard –-
(a) have the same meaning as in the principal standard; and
(b) where applicable, have the same meaning as words defined in the Food Act 1981.
