Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code - Standard 1.3.3 - Processing Aids
This Standard regulates the use of processing aids in food manufacture, prohibiting their use in food unless there is a specific permission within this Standard. Standard 1.3.1 regulates the use of food additives.
