Re: Food in Sealed Container (No. 2)

For export sale promotion of food in sealed containers.
By the virtue of provisions of Section 5 and 6 (1) (2) (4) (5) (6) (7) (9)and (10) of the Food Act B.E. 2522 (1979). The Minister of Public Health hereby issues a notification as follows:
The expression in Clause 11 of the notification of the Ministry of Public Health No. 144 B.E. 2535 (1992), Re: Food in sealed containers dated 2nd July B.E. 2535 (1992), shall be repealed. The following expression shall be used instead:
“Clause 11 This notification shall not to enforce to,
11.1 Food in sealed containers which is produced for export.
11.2 Food in sealed containers conformed to Clause 3 (2) which is exempted by Food and Drug Administration announcement.”
