On September 11, 2013, Russia notified the World Trade Organization (WTO) of draft amendments to the Russia-Kazakhstan-Belarus Customs Union’s Technical Regulation “On Safety of Packaging” via WTO notification G/TBT/N/RUS/24. The 60-day comment period ends on November 8, 2013.
