Amendment to Section 25805 Maximum Allowable Dose Levels for n-Hexane (Oral and Inhalation)

On March 12, 2019, the Office of Administrative Law approved the amendment of Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25805, which added two Maximum Allowable Dose Levels (MADLs) for the chemical n-hexane.  The regulation will be effective on July 1, 2019.  This amendment establishes an oral MADL of 28,000 micrograms per day and an inhalation MADL of 20,000 micrograms per day for n-hexane.
