Sets out some general requirements for all importers of food for sale. All importers of food for sale must comply with the requirements in this standard.
1 Title
This standard is the Food (Importer General Requirements) Standard 2008.
2 Commencement
This standard comes into force on 16 October 2008.
3 Application
All importers of food for sale must comply with the requirements in this standard on the date that is six months after the date of commencement.
