Introduction
Food Ingredients China (FIC 2012) was successfully held at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center from March 28th to 30th, 2012, hitting new records of a brand show: 1179exhibitors from 30 countries and regions, 32791 visitors (66,582 person-trips) from 69 countries and regions, and 138,765 person-trips for three show days. Although the total exhibiting space grew to716,000 sqm, 130,000 sqm larger than the last session, 206 companies failed to locate a booth due to the space limit.
