The Philippine grain market in 2013-15 is turning out to be a period of extraordinary dynamism. In wheat, massive imports of Turkish flour combined with a steep fall in feed wheat imports is expected to see total wheat imports decline some 12% to 3.2 million tons in July 2013-June 2014 Marketing Year (MY13/14).
