New Zealand Food (Importer Listing) Standard 2008

Sets out the listing requirements for all importers of food for sale who must comply with the requirements in this standard, and be listed.

1 Title
This standard is the Food (Importer Listing) Standard 2008.
2 Commencement
This standard comes into force on 16 October 2008.
3 Application
All importers of food for sale must comply with the requirements in this standard on
the date that is six months after the date of commencement.
