Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code - Standard 1.3.4 - Identity and Purity
This Standard ensures that food additives, processing aids, novel food substances, vitamins and minerals and nutritive substances added to food in accordance with this Code meet appropriate specifications for identity and purity. In general, these specifications are those used by the
international community.
