I. Scope of Application
These Inspection Methods apply to production processes for organic plants, organic processed foods, organic feeds and organic livestock products
conducted by production process managers who have been certified under Article 14, Paragraph 2 of the Law Concerning Standardization and Proper
Labeling of Agricultural and Forestry Products (1950 Law No. 175) and overseas production process managers who have been certified under the
provisions of Article 19-3, Paragraph 2 of said Law (hereinafter “Certified Production Process Managers, etc.”).
